The advance team of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria ( NAHCON ) , for the 2025 Hajj on Tuesday arrived at the King Abdul Aziz Airport in Medina .
The team led by the Deputy Coordinator, Makkah , Alhaji Alidu Shuti comprises of both staffers and medical personnel.
The 36- man committee also consist of different committees such as Accommodation, Feeding , Medical, National Reception Team, Passport Management, E -Track, Hijira, Tafweej and Media .
The committees are expected to put everything in place before the arrival of the first set of the Nigerian pilgrims scheduled to take off on Friday, 9th May, 2025 .
Addressing the team before their departure on Monday in Nigeria, the Chairman/ CEO of the National Hajj Commission ( NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Sale Usman, urged the team to work hard in delivering on the task entrusted on them .
