The representatives of the Osun State Polytechnic ( OSPOLY), Iree have made the institution proud in the just concluded 9th Nigerian Association of Food Science Technology ( NAFSTS ) Southwest Quiz Competition held at the Federal University of Oye – Ekiti , Ikole Campus , Ekiti State.
Adekunle Rukayat ( HND 1 Student) and Adedayo Tolulope Fathia ( HND 1) , Department of Food Science and Technology ( FST) got the second position for the institution after securing a total of 10 points.
Meanwhile, Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa, Ondo State came first with a total of 15 points , Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State came third with 5 points
Other notable Institutions that participated in the quiz competition include: Federal University of Oye-Ekiti, Ikole campus, Ekiti (FUOYE); Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU); Federal University of Technology, Ado-Ekiti (FUTA); Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY); Ado Poly; University of Ibadan (UI).
