Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has announced the payment of #30,000 monthly allowance for corps members serving in the state .
Governor Fintri made the pronouncement today during the opening ceremony of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Course, held at the NYSC Camp in Damare, Girei Local Government Area of the state.
The governor commended the corps members for their patriotism and dedication to serving the nation, noting that contributions of Corps Members are essential for building a brighter future for the country.
Fintiri reiterated his administration’s commitment to supporting the NYSC scheme, adding that investing in the youth is an investment in Nigeria’s future.
The governor encouraged the corps members to put in their best during their service year as its provides a unique opportunity to contribute their quota to the development of the society and country at large .He assured the corps members of his administration’s continued support.
Governor Fintiri’s gesture proves to motivate corps members to further contribute to the development of the state .
