Fresh concerns are emerging over Iran’s growing military reach after Israel disclosed details of a suspected long-range missile launch aimed beyond the Middle East.
Israel’s Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, revealed that Iran recently tested a two-stage intercontinental ballistic missile with an estimated range of 4,000 kilometres. The missile was reportedly directed toward a United States military facility on Diego Garcia.
Unlike previous tensions centered on Israel, the latest development underscores a broader strategic implication. Zamir emphasized that the missile’s trajectory and range indicate capabilities that could extend to major European cities, including Berlin, Paris, and Rome.
