Sunshine Stars of Akure have relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League ( NPFL) following a 2-1 home defeat to Niger Tornadoes on Sunday.
Niger Tornadoes got the opening goal through Ismail Sarki while Ahmadu Liman equalized for Sunshine Stars.
The visitors proved superiority over Sunshine Stars in the 76th minutes, courtesy of Daniel Akanbek’s brilliant goal .
