The Winning Book and Networking Club has formally announced the commencement of its 2026 Cohort, marking another strategic step in its mission to raise disciplined leaders purposeful networking and good reading culture.
The platform, described as a hub for leadership grooming, is built on the conviction that consistent reading, combined with strong, positive networks produces individuals who are prepared to lead effectively in different spheres of life.

According to the Club’s Chairman and Convener, Dr. Tobiloba Ojo, the club exists to nurture active readers who are willing to freely share ideas, opportunities, and encouragement while building meaningful relationships along life’s journey.
He emphasized that knowledge does not thrive in isolation, noting that no individual possesses all knowledge or has life completely figured out.
He explained that part of vision of the club is to create a community of winners— men and women excelling in diverse fields who grow collectively through learning and collaboration.
Addressing the common challenge of busy schedules, Dr. Ojo introduced a Reading Masterclass designed to help members remain consistent regardless of time constraints. He highlighted the strategic use of audio and digital platforms such as YouTube Audiobooks, Audible, Speechify, Blinkist, Spotify, LibriVox, Read Aloud, and Scribd (now Everand) as practical solutions for reading on the move. He maintained that failure to complete at least one book a month is not a limitation but an excuse that leaders must consciously abandon, stressing that disciplined readers often complete multiple books within the same period.
Welcoming members into the 2026 Cohort, Dr. Ojo described the year as one marked by God’s favour . To anchor this vision, the club unveiled its structured reading schedule for the year, beginning with Discipline Is Destiny by Ryan Holiday in January and progressing through titles on money, relationships, habits, personal development, leadership, and faith, concluding in December with Lessons from the Christmas Story by Andrew Wommack.
The club also presented its executive leadership for the 2026 Cohort, a team charged with driving accountability, welfare, administration, media engagement, and overall coordination. Dr. Tobiloba Ojo will serve as Chairman and Convener, supported by Ojo Faith as Vice Chairman.
Welfare responsibilities will be handled by Jimoh Johnson Salami, assisted by Oluwabukolami Dauda-Omotoyinbo. Olufunmilayo Owolabi will oversee accountability and member commitments, while Miss Ezinwa Promise will serve as Secretary and Timetable Expert. Media and visibility will be managed by Miss Vivian Okonkwo as Social Media Manager and Graphics Designer, alongside Olagunju Olusola Emmanuel as Traditional Media Manager.
With the launch of the 2026 Cohort, The Winning Book and Networking Club reaffirmed its commitment to producing informed, disciplined, and well-networked leaders whose influence will extend beyond personal growth into tangible impact across society.
