26 Schools Set to Compete at CCII PG Cup 2025 U-15 Female Tournament

The ancient city of Ibadan, the home of first will once again be set agog with a new brand of football among secondary school female students in the eleven (11) Local Governments in Ibadan as the organizer, the Central Council of Ibadan Indigene, CCII, held draws for Inter Secondary school female U-15 football tournament.
Ibadan, the repository of football talents, is set to further advance its pace in setting the drive in producing world beaters for Nigeria and other advanced leagues in years to come.
The tournament is scheduled for 10th to 25th February, 2025 .
Local Government Teams to take part in the tournament are as follows: Ibadan South East,Ibadan North, Ibadan North East, Ibadan North West and Egbeda Local Government .
Others are Lagelu Local Government, Oluyole Local Government , Ona Ara Local Government and Ido Local Government.
This was contained in a release signed by the Sports Coordinator of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigene, CCII, Coach John Kayode Ogunleye, also known as Coach John Kay.
According to him “The draws for CCII PG Cup for 2025 U-15 female football team in Ibadan would serve as a pool of talents for the nation and the CCII has set the ball rolling to raise the world beaters in years to come “
Coach Ogunleye , a member of the Oyo State Football Association speaks further “Im pleased to announce the participating teams for the 2025 CCII Female Football Tournament that will run from February 10th to 25th, 2025 at Wesley College, Elekuro, Ibadan.
“There is going to be awards for Highest Goal Scorer, Most Valuable Player, Best Behaved Team, Best Coach and Best Goal keeper.
Participating teams are Oyo State, Comprehensive Model College, Soka, Elekuro High School, Target
St. Clare’s Girls High School, Oluyoro, Aperin Oniyere Commercial Secondary School, Adesola, Bishop Phillips Academy, Liberty Academy , Odo Ona and
Olubadan High School, Aperin.
Others include Ibadan Grammar School, Baptist Secondary School, Oke Ado, Methodist Secondary Grammar School, Elekuro, Community High School, Agbowo,
Christ High School, Oleyo, Oluyoro Girls Grammar School, Padre Oluyoro, Urban Day Grammar School, Old Ife Road , Bashorun Ojoo High School,Community High School, Abudoro,
Ojoo High School, St. Theresa’s College, Oke Ado, Ogbere Community High School, Idi Osan and Isabatudeen Girls High School.
The tournament would also have the presence of Onireke High School, Holy Trinity Grammar School, Old Ife Road, Community High School, Ido, IMG Grammar School (Mixed), Aperin, Zumuratul Hujaj Community Grammar School, Olorunsogo and
T L Oyesina High School, Monatan
