APC National Working Committee Dissolves Benue State Executives, Inaugurates Caretaker Committee

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has dissolved the Benue State Executive Committee.

The National Chairman of the party, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, announced this on Wednesday at the party’s National Secretariat, Abuja

The dissolution according to the leadership of the party became imperative to address ongoing issues within the party’s state chapter and ensure smooth operations ahead of future political engagements.
Following the dissolution, a seven-member Caretaker Committee has been constituted to oversee the affairs of the APC in Benue State for the next six months.

The members of the newly inaugurated Caretaker Committee are as follows:

Hon. Benjamin Omale – Chairman
Prof. Bem Angwe – Secretary
Hon. Richard Mzungweve – Member
Hon. James Ornguga – Member
Hon. Barr. Terhemen Ngbea – Member
Hon. Helen Agaigbe – Member
Barr. Ali Francis Adah – Member
The Caretaker Committee is expected to commence its duties immediately, focusing on reconciliation efforts, party reorganization, and preparation for upcoming electoral activities in Benue State.

The NWC has given the committee a mandate to work towards strengthening the party at the grassroots level and to ensure that the APC remains united as it gears up for future political challenges.
