FFCN President Congratulates New NSC Chairman, Shehu Dikko

National President,Football Fans Club of Nigeria, Ambassador Oluwakemi Ogunfuwa has congratulated the newly-appointed Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Shehu Dikko, describing the appointment as the round peg in the round hole .
Ambassador Ogunfuwa, who spoke through the National Media Officer of the Group, Sunday Agunbiade, noted that the Kaduna born Football administrator will bring a speedy development to Nigerian sports and youths at large.

This appointment is no doubt a round peg in a round hole”
“I am extremely glad when the Nation’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR announced the appointment of former FIFA and CAF Committee member Dikko on Wednesday. Ogunfuwa added that: ” This is a huge opportunity for the former 2nd Vice President of the nation’s Football Governing Body to further impact the nation’s sporting arena. He is now on top of Nigerian sports , I have no doubt that he has the knowledge, skill, experience, steadfastness, temperament, diligence and intelligence to succeed”
She prayed to Almighty God to guide him to bring the development that Nigerians are willing to see in the sport sector within the shortest possible time.
Shehu Dikko served as chairman of various committees in the NFF, including marketing and sponsorship, and was a member of the CAF Inter-Clubs Committee. He is still a member of the FIFA Football Stakeholders Committee.
