The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has ranked the Super Eagles of Nigeria 43rd in its latest men’s ranking.
The Super Eagles previously occupied 44th position.
In the rankings released on Thursday by the football governing body, the Eagles dropped to sixth position in Africa .
However, Morocco, Senagal , Egypt, Algeria and Cote d’lvore are the top five ranked countries in Africa.
Meanwhile, world champions , Argentina maintained the top position in the ranking, with Spain, France, England, and Brazil keeping their places in the top five .
