Hajj 2024 :Pilgrims Commend Makinde For Smooth Hajj Operations
Pilgrims from Oyo State for this year’s Hajj operations have commended the Governor of the State, Engr. Seyi Makinde and the leadership of the State’s Hajj board for living up to expectations.
Some of the participants in the exercise, Alhaji Abdul-Kabiru Olaide Alabi and Alhaja Sarafadeen Abiola Yetunde, who reside in Iyana Agbala and Ologbo, Diamond Estate in Ido Local Government of Ibadan gave the commendation at the Hajj Camp, Olodo , Ibadan shortly after their arrival from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
The duo, in their separate interviews, expressed satisfaction with the arrangement and treatment received from the leadership of the board throughout their stay in the Holy land.
They lauded the Chairman of the Board, Sheikh Hashim Atere for his leadership style, describing him as the right person for the job.
The duo , however, advised the Pilgrims to be more committed to the will of God and be good ambassadors of Islam upon their arrival.

Pilgrims from the state who participated in the just concluded Hajj had arrived the country safely.
