Lagos deputy gov promises Olivet Alumni support ahead of 80th anniversary celebration

The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr .Kadri Obefemi Hamzat has promised the Alumni of Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo of necessary support ahead of the 80th anniversary celebration of the school, scheduled for April 8 to 14 2025.

Dr. Hamsat said this while playing host to the delegation from the Central Planning Committee (CPC) for the Anniversary led by its Chairman , Former NOSA President, Mr. Olusegun Ahmadu in his Office, Ikeja, Lagos.

The deputy governor , who is an active member of NOSA , added that concerted efforts would be made to bring on board other notable products of the school in the corporate sector towards the success of the anniversary celebration.

The courtesy visit had in attendence, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Budget and Planning, Lagos State, Mr. Aderemi Olajide, an Olivetian , members of the planning committee amongst others.

The celebration is to be preceded by the Founders Day, slated for 29th January, 2025 at the Olivet grounds in Oyo town .
