It was a bad outing for El Kanemi Warriors on Sunday as the team lost at home (2–1) to Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan .

Despite the backing of their home crowd, El-Kanemi could not withstand the disciplined and determined display from Shooting Stars, who executed their game plan with precision.

The Ibadan side showed composure in key moments, converting their chances and holding firm under pressure to secure a vital away win.

With the season entering its decisive phase, every dropped point now carries serious consequences for concerned clubs .
Elsewhere across the league, Abia Warriors edged Ikorodu City FC 2–1, while Enugu Rangers International claimed a 2–1 win over Enyimba in a fiercely contested Oriental derby.
Kano Pillars also secured a narrow 2–1 victory against Rivers United, as Katsina United defeated Bayelsa United 3–2 in one of the most entertaining fixtures of the round.
In Ilorin, Kwara United recorded a 2–1 win over Barau FC to keep their push on track.
The standout performances, however, came from Nasarawa United and Remo Stars, both delivered commanding 3–0 victories over Warri Wolves FC and Niger Tornadoes FC respectively.
