The flag bearer of the ancient Oyo town in the NLO Division One League , Oyomesi Football Club , have emerged champions of the Ibadan center following their victory at Day Seven .

Coach Lamidi Mutiu tutored side secured play off ticket on Monday after defeating Black Scorpion F.C 3 – 0 in a must win encounter played at Lekan Salami Stadium , Adamasingba, Ibadan.

Owolabi Ibraheem opened the scoring sheet in the first half to add life into the game for his side. Prolific midfielder, Okunade Ismail scored a brace , one in each half to displace Ogbomosho United FC at the top of the table.

OYOMESI Football Club have 14 points from seven games, Ogbomosho United FC, eventually ended the campaign as runners up with 14 points, while Ilaji FC came third , with 11 points.
