Borno State Environmental Agency General Manager Felicitates Governor Babagana Umara At 55

The General Manager, Borno State Environmental protection Agency(BOSEPA ) Alhaji Abubakar Suleiman, has felicitated the executive Governor of the State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum who clocks 55 today.
Alhaji Suleiman, who rejoiced with the governor and families on his special day, commended the efforts of his Excellency on human resource development and the delivery of democracy dividends to the people of the state.
Alhaji Suleiman also acknowledged Governor Zulum’s relentless efforts in rebuilding and transforming Borno State despite the economic challenges and security threats in the region.
The General Manager, who, prayed for more wisdom, good health, and divine guidance as he continues to steer the affairs of the state, assured the governor of his agency’s commitment in the delivery of its mandates.
He also urged the people of Borno State to continue to support and pray for the Governor as he strives to make the state a better place for all.
