Nollywood Actress, Sharon Okpamen Passes Away Month After giving Birth

Nollywood actress and movie producer , Sharon Okpamen, has passed away.

Her death was announced at the weekend by a colleague, Stanley Ontop, in a post on his Instagram account .

Ontop wrote: “Nollywood Actor and Producer Sharon Okpamen has unfortunately passed on.

“It’s a sad day for Nollywood and the Edo entertainment industry. Sharon, who was a filmmaker, actress, entrepreneur and humanitarian, has left a significant void in the industry.

“May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen @sharonokpamen.”

On July 31, Sharon announced the birth of her second child on her Facebook page.

She reportedly went into a coma after the childbirth and eventually died.
