The National Executive Council of Mass Communication Alumni of Osun State Polytechnic Iree (MAOS) has expressed satisfaction over the massive turn out of members, their commitment and love demonstrated towards the successful and well attended 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)/ Reunion of the Association held in Ibadan.
The MAOS National President, Adekunle Sikiru (Abacus) who was overwhelmed with the cooperation and supportive roles of individual before, during and after the AGM said, the 2024 AGM hosted by Oyo State Chapter is one of the best MAOS activities in recent years considering the women participation, new participants, amazing vibes of existing members and surprising mobilization by Chapters despite the current economy situation in the Country.
The President ,who affirmed that, MAOS is the only departmental Association in Nigeria that creates, maintains and Promotes solid mutual relationship among its members globally who are extremely committed to building one another and lifting others through MAOS participation.
The President lauded the hosting Chapter (Oyo State) for putting all necessary mechanism in place. He also apologized to members for any lapses noticed in the 2024 AGM.
According to the President, the MAOS NEC headed by Adekunle Sikiru (Abacus) takes full responsibility of any lapses recorded, therefore appreciating all chapters for their full participation throughout the 2024 MAOS AGM.
The president appreciated the BOT headed by Ayodele Agboola, Elders Forum headed by Dr Aderemi Adeagbo and Mr Gbenga Adesemowo, NEC members, Chapters Coordinators and their amazing members most especially Lagos, Osun, Ekiti, Oyo, Ondo, Abuja, Diaspora, Kwara and Ogun for their involvement in the just concluded OYO 2024 MAOS AGM.
